Moms Taco Salad

1 med. tomato (diced)15oz. dark red kidney beans (rinsed)1 med. head lettuce (chopped)1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese6oz. taco flavored Doritos (crushed)16oz. 93% ground turkey (browned)16tbsp. fat free Western Dressing7oz. mild taco sauce
Brown turkey in skillet, drain fat, place in fridge and allow to cool. Cut up lettuce and tomato and place in large bowl. Drain and rinse beans and place in bowl with lettuce and tomato. Crush Doritos and place in the large bowl and add the shredded cheese and cooled ground turkey, mix all well. In another small bowl mix the taco sauce and Western Dressing, then add to the turkey mixture and mix well. Enjoy immediately. If you are taking to a party, take the Doritos and dressing mixture separately and mix just before eating.
