Ingredients
5 Center cut boneless pork chops5 oz whole wheat spaghetti pasta1 bag stir fry vegetables your choice what mix10 oz stir fry sauceEggs are optional can add what want too.
Directions
Cut up pork, place in large skillet with a little oil, cook till almost cooks,
Add vegetables and stir now and then until all is cook and vegetables are to your desired consistancy.

Cook pasta according to package directions drain add to vegetable and meat mix add stir fry sauce. Eggs are optional
