Ingredients
6 oz s/bless chickenMarinade:1/2 tsp soy sauce5 drops sesame oil1 tsp wine1/2 tsp cornstarchVeggies:1/2 c onion, chopped1/2 tsp garlic, chopped or minced2 c mushrooms, sliced1/2 T olive oilSauce:1/2 c college in chicken broth1/2 pkt sweetener1/2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Slice chicken thin. Place ingredients for marinade in order given. Let sit 5 min. Prepare sauce in small bowl. Prepare veggies. Heat skillet with nonstick, add olive oil. Cook chicken on med-high until just looses pinkness. Set chicken aside. Add onion and garlic to pan, stir briefly. Add mushrooms, stir 1-2 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Add sauce ingredients and stir until thickened.
