2 lbs potatoes (peeled)8 oz velveeta lite cheese5.2 oz lf cheddar cheese1/2 minced onion6 med slices baconsalt & pepper to taste
boil potatoes, onion, bacon until potatoes are soft. Use just enough water to cover potatoes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
mash up potatoes to soup consistency & add cheese until melted.
