Bacon Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche (1/4 of quiche)

Ingredients
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)2 cups Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese2 Tbsp. flour2 c steamed broccoli chopped1 cup skim milk3 eggs, beaten3 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled1/2 tsp. saltDash pepper
Directions
HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
