Kale berry shake

3 cups of kale1 cup of blueberries7 strawberries1 banana2 tbsp trader joe's raw almond butter4 tbsp raw honey for sweetner (to lower calories you can use splenda)5 cups of water
Directions
Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth, then drink and enjoy. Packed with fiber and protein and all good for you nutrients. Enjoy
