Teriyaki Ginger and Honey Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients
2.35 pounds of boness pork loin chops1 Tbsp Honey4 Tbsp Trader Joe's Reduced Sodium Honey1/2 tsp McCormick's Worcestersher Ground Black Pepper Blend1/8 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp The Spice and Tea Exchange Teriyaki Ginger Rub
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork in glass baking dish. Sprinkle garlic powder, Black Pepper Blend and Teryaki Ginger Rub evenly over pieces (I had four pieces). Drizzle Honey evenly and then pour 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce over each piece of pork. Cover with foil and bake 40 min or until pork reaches doneness.

    I think the nutritional info might be calculated for the ENTIRE dish, not per portion. At least I would hope not! Pork Loin does not have that much fat, and it certainly doesn't have that many calories! :) I will assume it is for the ENTIRE dish. it sounds incredibly tasty. Will give this a go. - 6/22/14
