Wade's Smoked Clam Chowder

1 -package of Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon chopped.1- medium onion chopped5- sticks of celery chopped1-Tablespoon of Olive oil6 to 8 medium russet potatos chopped4- cups of Pacific Natural Creamy Potato & Leek soup1- cup of Half & half fat free2- cans of chicken of the sea chopped clams(184 grams each)1-can of Pacific Pearl Smoked Clams(3 oz)1-can of Pacific Pearl Smoked Oysters (3 oz)1- teaspoon of coarse black pepper.
Put a large sauce pan on medium heat. Add olive oil,bacon, onion, and celery saute till onion and celery are cooked. While that is cooking place potato's in microwave and cook till soft. When the onion and celery are done add the 2 cans of chopped clams along with their juices. Also add both cans of smoked clams & oysters. Stir and cook till it starts to boil. Now turn heat to low then add 4 cups of creamy potato & leek soup continue to stir occasionaly. Now chop up the potato's and add that to the sauce pan. Now add 1 cup of fat free half and half. Turn heat up to medium high continue to stir till it starts to bubble then turn heat to low and let simmer for 10 to 15 mins. It is now ready to serve. Pepper to taste.
