Frosted Mini Wheats Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 C of Naturally sweetened apple sauce3/4 C of Splenda1/3 C of packed brown sugar2 eggs1/2 teaspoon almond extract1 C whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 1/2 C of Frosted Mini Wheats crumbs3/4 C chocolate chips
Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees
Dry Ingredients: Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ground nutmeg and set to the side.
Blend together apple sauce, splenda, brown sugar, eggs and almond extract. Add dry ingredients and mix.
Stir in frosted mini wheat crumbs. Add chocolate chips.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place 1 tablespoon of dough on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
