Meatloaf (with minced chicken and beef)

Ingredients

Ground Chicken or Turkey, 400 gramsGround beef, lean, 100 grams Garlic, 2 clove Onions, raw, 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 medium 2 T Tomato PasteSalt and Pepper to taste Parsley, 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp1/4 cup Organ Corn Crispy Crumbs or breadcrumbs if not necessary to be GF
Preheat oven to 200C
Dice vege very small.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in loaf tin or casserole dish.
Cover with tine foil and bake 1 hour.
Uncover, drain excess fat, return to oven for 30 mins.
Serve with side dish of mash or mac and cheese and plenty of green vege!!
