Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded (remove)Anchovy (anchovies), 2 anchovy (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 8 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 12 tbsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)*Butter Garlic Crutons, 4 serving (remove)Egg Yolk, 1 large (remove)
Mash anchovy and garlic to make paste. Add mustard and mix. Add egg and mix. Add lea Perrin and mix. Add oil and vinegar and mix. Add cheese, lettuce, and crutons and toss.
