Ingredients
4.1/2 C. rolled oats1/2 C. wheat germ1/2 C. wheat bran1/2 C. oat bran 1 C. Raisins1/3 C. finely chopped dates1/3 C. walnuts1/3 C. raw sunflower seeds (no salt)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, wheat bran, oat bran, nuts and seeds. mix well
put in an airtight container and will last 2 months in Freezer. serve eithe rhot or cold with fresh fruit and soy milk/almond milk.

Serving Size: batch will last a long time. I did APPROX 25-1/2 C. Servings
