Spinach/Sausage/Cheese Quiche

Italian SausageMayonaisePie CrustSpinach (Frozen)OnionEggs
Directions
Roll out pie crust into pie plate.
In skillet, cook onions, spinach (thawed), and sausage (without the casing) season as you please. In a bowl, mix the Eggs and add 2 TBPS of Mayo , combine with Spinach mixture, then pour into Pie Crust. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Delicious!
