Ingredients
chicken breast 500g1 onion diced1 carrot diced1 tin tomaoes1 celery dicedgarlic crushed1 tbs brown sugar1 tbs plain flour
Directions
brown chicken, addflour and cook for a minute, remove chicken from pan and put in a saucepan
fry onion garlic celery and carrot until soft
add these ingredients and remaining ingredients to the saucepan and simmer
this is great over fettucine
