Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheese1 TS Mrs. Dash seasoning
Directions
Combine ingredients in a food processor...process until the cheese is crumbs.

Place heaping teaspoons of cheese onto a parchment lined baking sheet pat into thin circles. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crisps are browned. Turn over about half way through cooking time. Cheese will continue to crisp as it cools. If the cheese isn't crispy enough you can return it to the over for 2-4 minutes.
