Spicy Mixed Nuts

4 oz almonds4 oz walnuts8 oz pecans2 Tbsp water1 egg1/2 cup Splenda (if you use regular sugar, you'll have to recalculate)1 tsp cumin1 tsp cayenne1 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp cinnamon
1. Whisk together spices, splenda, water and egg.
2. Pour over nuts and mix well.
3. Pour into baking sheet and spread evenly.
4. Bake at 250 for 40 minutes, then at 200 for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
