1/2 cup Arugula, chopped 1/2 cup Radicchio, chopped 1/4 cup Endive, chopped 4 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, no skin,2 Tbsp Ken's Light Options Dressing Balsamic Vinaigrette1 oz Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Toss the salad "greens", sun dried tomatoes and chicken with the dressing. Shave the parmesan cheese on top.
