Sauted Spinach with Shrimp

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 4clovesMushrooms, fresh, 3 pieces of baby bellaSpinach, fresh, 3 cups (half bag of Jewel Cut Leaf Spinach)Shrimp, raw, 6 oz (about 24 shrimps)Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Add olive oil to pan.
Saute garlic about 1 min.
Add mushrooms - cook till brown.
Add shrimp - cook till colored.
Add spinach - cook till wilted.
Add pepper for taste.
