Ingredients
Bear Creek Tortillia Soup MixCan of Black BeansCan of Pinto BeansCan of TomatoesPound of Ground Beef 2 Packages of Frozen Spinach choped1 Bag of Frozen cornLarge Onion6 cups of water
Directions
Brown the hamburger, drain and pour a hot kettle over the browned meat to remove any leftover fat. put onion into the soup pot with the rinced hamburger add the Tortilla soup mix, and 6 cups of water, the rinced canned beans, the tomatoes, the spinach , and the corn simmer for a few minutes.
This soup is one of DH favorites. It is full of fiber so eating a cup or two for a meal will keep you full for a very long time.
