Chicken Salad, Mexican Style

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, Bell Pepper, Tomato, Pepper Jack Sliced Cheese, Black Bean Corn Salsa, Ranch Buttermilk Light Dressing, Lettuce
Directions
Lay 2 cups lettuce on a dinner plate. Stick pre-cooked, diced chicken on small plate and push pieces together so that cheese can cover them. Lay down cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. With a spatula, slide chicken and cheese off small plate and over the lettuce on dinner plate. Lay tomatoes, bell peppers, salsa and finally dressing over the salad. Enjoy!
