Stacey's Take on Rosemary Chicken Thighs(Ab's Diet Recipe)

544 g Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs(7 pieces)2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp dried rosemary2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Cover baking sheet with foil. In medium size bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken thighs. I omitted salt and pepper from the original recipe, add if you like and adjust accordingly.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, place chicken thighs on foil lined sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Turn half way through cooking. Can be grilled on bbq or in grill pan as well.
Serve with your choice of starch.
One thigh per serving.
