Chicken Enchiladas with La Victoria Sauce

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 packet Taco seasoningLa Victoria Enchilada SauceCheddar Cheese.25 onion10 corn tortillas
Cook chicken with taco seasoning
In the meantime chop up onion.
When chicken is cooked, shred with a fork and set aside.
Heat up tortillas anddip in enchilada sauce. Then place a small amount of chicken, onion and cheese then roll up. Place in a baking dish and top with a little cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
