Beet Greens with Onions & Garlic

Ingredients
365 gms Beet Greens169 gms Onions, Yellow chopped15 cloves Garlic69 gm Celery, chopped.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Heat Olive Oil in frying pan and then add the chopped Onions.
2. Stir fry the onions until they are translucent and then add chopped garlic.
3. Stir fry for about 30 seconds and then add the chopped Beet Greens.
4. Stir fry the mixture until the Beet Greens are well wilted.

I do not add salt to my greens, but if you wish, you can salt to taste at this point. My husband like to add a little bit of malt vinegar.
