Chicken, rice, and vegetable casserole

Ingredients
2 chicken breast2 c. brown ricefrozen vegetables (whatever you like)1-2 cans cream of chicken soup2 glasses of water
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix vegetables and rice in a casserole dish. Cut up chicken (or not) into cubes and add to mixture. Place soup and water over top. Cover with foil and cook for around 1 1/2 hours. You can then add cheddar cheese or french fried onions on top and cook for a few more minutes.
