Jenn's Shrimp and Veggies with cheese

Ingredients
Pam cooking spray 8 ounces Jumbo cooked Shrimp69 grams portabella mushrooms cubed111 grams orange bell pepper cut into strips1 tbsp salted butteroriginal Mrs. Dash to taste1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
spray fry pan with Pam and let it heat up a little
add cubed mushrooms and pepper strips
saute until they are almost the way you like them
spray with more Pam and add shrimp
keep stirring until shrimp is heated thoroughly

put in a bowl and add the butter and Mrs. Dash

stir until butter is melted

divide into two serving and sprinkle with the cheese

You can microwave for 20 seconds to help the cheese melt if you want to.
