Crockpot Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 pound pork center loin roast, well trimmed1/4 cup of texas pete1/2 cup Apple Cider vinegar1 cup of watersalt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Mix hot sauce, vinegar, water, and spices. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4 hours.
