Pineapple chunked from fresh (half a ring)1 banana1 orange, peeled and broken into its natural pieces4 Scoops of SP Complete1 tbsp flaxseed oilIce cubesWater to fill the blender
Add all fruit to blender. Add SP complete and flaxseed oil. Add ice cubes. Fill to 2 inches from the top of the blender with water. Blend until desired consistency.
