Crustless Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients
1 can 15oz pumpkin1 can fat free evaporated milk 12oz1/2 c eggbeaters3 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp vanilla2/3 c Splenda (baking blend)18 Tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

Pour into Pam sprayed 9 " pie dish

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes

Then, reduce to 350º for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Top with cool whip!!!
