Ingredients
1 c dry quinoa 1 can garbanzo beansNewman's Own Light Balsamic Vinagrette DressingFresh chivesFresh garlic
Directions
Bring 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups of water to boil
Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, until water is absorbed
Cool
Drain liquid from garbanzo beans
Combine cooked quinoa, garbanzo beans, dressing, garlic & chives
