Basic Homemade Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 small to medium potatoes4 T country crock light butter/margarine1/2 cup fat free skim milk
Directions
peel and cube potatoes. Add to a pot of water and boil until soft (15-20 minutes). Drain potatoes and put into a mixing bowl with milk and butter. whip with hand mixer until smooth.
