Ingredients
1 package Shirataki1/2 package of Westsoy Shirataki (with broth), approx. 3.5 oz.1/2 TB olive oil1 TB tamari1 tsp ginger juice1/4 tsp. chili oil1 tsp. toasted sesame oil1 TB SunLuck black bean garlic sauce1/4 tsp. glucomannan (konyakku) powder1/8 cup water
Directions
Open package of shirataki and drain; rinse well for 1-2 minutes until smell dissipates. Place in a pan with enough water to cover noodle; bring to a boil and allow to boil for approx. 5 minutes. Drain, set aside.

In a pan or wok, stir fry seitan in 1/2 TB oil until browned. Add broth, tamari, ginger juice and black bean garlic sauce. Add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring well. In a separate dish, put water and glucomannan, stir until dissolved and pour into pan with noodles/seitan. Stir rapidly, to incorporate liquid; sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and add chili and sesame oil. Best to prepare the night before as noodles will take on the flavor of the sauce with time.
