Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch cinnamon
HEAT
8oz nonfat milk
2-3 oz water (optional, just a little more bang for your buck... Or calories in this case)
Add a small amount of liquid to powder to make a paste, then slowly add the rest of the liquid. Heat to your liking.
About 120 calories and Soooo delicious! Plus, cayenne pepper and cinnamon are both known to increase your metabolism :-)
