Mom's Granola

Ingredients
6 cups of old fashioned oats1 cup of wheat germ (optional)1 cup of nuts, broken in pieces1 cup of coconut1 cup of sunflower seeds1T Cinnamon1t salt1 cup honey1/2 cup oil1T vanilla
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix liquid ingredients in a separate bowl and pop in the microwave for about 1 minute. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Put in 9x13 pan (coated with cooking spray) and bake at 350 for 20 min. Stir and bake another 15-20 or until evenly browned. Cool and store in an airtight container.
