Ingredients
32-ounce box of 100% fat free chicken broth15-ounce can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed15-ounce can of mixed vegetables, drained and rinsed15-ounce can of diced tomatoes with juiceBasil, oregano, onion powder or flakes, garlic powder, black pepper...other Italian spices or blends - to taste.Sodium may actually be lower than stated after rinsing vegetables and beans.
Directions
Add all ingredients to stock pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes until flavors are incorporated.
