Blueberry Fiber/Flax Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup ground flax seed meal1 cup whole wheat flour2 cups fiber now cereal3/4 cup Splenda3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk1 egg1/2 cup water1/4 cup I can't believe it's not butter liquid1 tsp. vanilla extract2 cups blueberries
Directions
Mix together all dry ingredients, then add egg (beaten), buttermilk, water, blueberries, vanilla & I can't believe it's not butter liquid.
Let sit for approx. 10-15 mins for cereal to soften while oven is preheating. then bake @ 375 degrees for 20-25 mins.
