Ingredients
1/2 C bulgar1 C boiling water3/4 TB oliv oil2 lemons, zested2 lemons, juiced1/4 C parsleysaltonion powdergarlic powder1 1/2 ts balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. In bowl pour boiling water over bulgur. Stir in olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley-set aside for about 30 min.

2. chop tomatoes, cilantro add to bulgur with seasoning to taste.

3. enjoy on crackers as you would salsa.
