Guacamole Hummus

Ingredients
1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped1 garlic clove, minced1 Haas avocado, skin and pit removed, chopped1 tsp olive oil1 tsp lemon juiceWaterSalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cilantro, garlic, and avocado until finely chopped. With machine running, add olive oil, lemon juice, and water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use as a spread on sandwiches and burgers, or a dip with tortilla chips or veggies.
