Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients
4 oz diced feta cheese (thinly diced block feta)2 c. diced watermelon (small bite size)8 oz grape tomatoes, sliced in half3 T. olive oil2 T. balsamic vinegar1/2 t. kosher salt3 c. arugula greens (5 oz)1/2 c. sliced red onions
Directions
Whisk oil, vinegar, and salt to blend; set aside. Place aruglua, onions, and tomatoes in salad bowl. Add vinaigrette; toss to coast. Add cheese and melon; serve.
