Turkey and Veggie Breakfast Squares

Ingredients
4 Large Eggs1 1/2 Cup Egg Whites1 Pound Package Frozen Broccoli2 Cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms (8 oz package)10 Strips Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon4 All Natural Jones Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links(Optional: shredded cheese)
Directions
Cook the turkey bacon on a skillet and rip into small pieces. Dice the turkey sausage into fours. Put the cooked turkey bacon, turkey sausage, broccoli and mushrooms in a large nonstick skillet (or sprayed) and cook for about 10-15 minutes on Medium-High, while continuously stirring until cooked throughout.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 Pyrex dish and crack 4 whole eggs in the dish and wisk with a fork. Pour the veggie mixture into the dish and then pour 1 1/2 cups of egg whites over the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
