Scrambled Egg Whites

Ingredients
2 egg whitesfat free milksmall pieces of monteray jack cheese (as desired)small pieces of deli ham (as desired)sprinkle of pepper
Directions
Separate two egg yolks from the egg whites. Discard the yolks. Add about 2 tablespoons of fat free milk to egg whites and mix (with fork). Scramble egg whites in medium heat frying pan. Once eggs are slightly solid, add ham and cheese as desired.
