Southwest Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Olive Oil, .1/2cup Lime Juice, 1/3 cup Parsley, 1/3 cupGarlic, 3 cloves (minced)Jalepeno peppers, 3 seeded & chopped*Cumin seed, 1 tsp Salt, .3/4 tsp*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 14 oz (cooked)Beans, black, 1 can (15oz)Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, 3/4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3/4 cup, chopped Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3/4 cup, chopped
Directions
Wisk together the first 7 ingredients for dressing, set aside.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and add dressing. Chill for 2 hours to blend flavors
