Spinach & Parmesan Omelette

Ingredients
2 fresh eggs1 cup of baby spinach1 1/2 tablespoon of finely grated parmesan1/2 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp of grated nutmegSalt & Pepper - a dash
Directions
Whisk eggs in a small bowl with a fork. Stir in spinach (torn) parmesan and all other ingredients.
Spray a frying pan with oil and heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Turn over with a spatula and cook the other side. Serve and enjoy
