low carb shrimp cucumber salad

Ingredients
1 bag of cooked shrimp - medium (walmart)1 hothouse cucumber-peeled8 oz cream cheese-room temperature12 oz sour creamTbsp. milkTbsp. dill weed, fresh or dried (may need more)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
shrimp unthawed, peeled, deveined-chop each shrimp in or in 1/3-set aside to strain-pat dry
cream cheese - smooth out in bowl
add sour cream and use mixer until creamy
add milk slowly to make thinner but not runny
add dill weed seasoning atleast a Tbsp
(if not 2 Tbsp-to taste)
salt & pepper to taste
peel cucumber slice in 4's long ways, (4 spears)
then cut cucumber spears into small cubes (bite size)
fold in cucumber cubes to mixture in bowl
fold in cut shrimp to mixture
may still need to add more dill weed, salt & pepper
*this usually has 1 box medium shell pasta in it but decided to try without for low carb dish-very good!
