Warm courgette salad

250 gr of courgette1 tbsp of evoo1 clove of garlic1 tbsp of vinegar or balsamic vinegaroil to fry
Heat up the sunflower oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Cut the courgette in slice not too thin. Fry the slice in batches for few min or until golden. Set them in a plate with kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.
When all the slices are cooked and well drained plate them and add evoo, salt to taste and the vinegar. Serve warm or cold.
