homemade energy bars

Ingredients
1 Cup dates1/3+ cup almonds1/3 c walnuts1/4 c dried applescinnamon to tasteorange juice .5oz (just to wet)1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
put dates nuts and raisins into the food processor and blend together. Add the cinnamon and a drop of OJ to help blend together. Flatten out the "ball" of ingredients on table and cut into 5 bars. Wrap in Saran Wrap and put into the fridge. Great chopped up in oatmeal, topping for yogurt, or for a grab and go snack or meal!
