2 cups flour1 1/2 cups plain oatmeal , uncooked2 tsp . cinnamon2 cups brown sugar, packed1 cup butter, meltedMix first 4 ingredients together; blend in melted butter. Place 1/2 in bottom of 9X13 pan; reserve remaining mixture.Cut 8 cups of rhubarb into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. Place on top of flour/oatmeal mixture in pan.Boil together until clear:2 cups white sugar4 Tbsp. cornstarch2 cups water Remove from heat and add 2 tsp. vanilla.Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle remaining flour/oatmeal mixture over top of rhubarb and sauce mixture.Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
