MIX FIRST 4 INGREDENTS TOGATHER AND SHAPE INTO 1 INCH BALLS,INSERT TOOTH PICK INTO MIDDLE OF EACH BALL, CHILL IN FREEZER FOR 30 MINS, MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN HEAT PROOF BOWL SET ATOP A POT OF SIMMERING WATER OVER MEDIUM HEAT,STIRRING UNTILL MELTED AND SMOOTH,USEING THE TOOTHPICK AS A HANDLE, DIP BALLS INTO CHOCOLATE AND PLACE BACK ON THE COOKIE SHEET AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE IS SET,ABOUT 2 HOURS,STORE IN AN AIR CONTAINER IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
