Cindy's Turkey Italian Sausage

Ingredients
2 lb ground turkey2 tbsp red pepper flakes (TO TASTE)2-3 cloves garlic or 2 tbsp garlic powder (TO TASTE)1-2 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp ground blck pepper2 tbsp salt2-3 tbsp fenel seed (TO TASTE)
Directions
1.Combine all the ingredients together,
2. seperate into portions 1 oz, 2oz 4 oz- depending on size you want
3. fry over medium heat 3-4 minutes per side, or bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Do not over cook.
