Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 medium potato1 tbsp mayonnaise1 tsp mustard1 tbsp pickle relish1 tbsp onion, chopped1 tbsp hard boiled egg, chopped
Directions
Boil potato until done. Chop other ingredients while that is cooking. Once cooled, chop potato into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least 4 hours.
