Almost a Subway Egg White Muffin Melt!

Ingredients
Low calorie english muffin ( I use Thomas' 100 calorie)Egg whites (about two large eggs worth)1/2 slice cheddar cheese (I use kroger deli thin)1.5 slices of bacon with most of the fat pulled off
Directions
Cook the egg whites how you like them; I choose to scramble them
Meanwhile, microwave the bacon for two minutes- blot off any extra grease
Cut muffin in half
Construct the muffin
Put bacon on each side then half the eggs
place cheese on one half of the muffin
place in toaster oven to desired toasty-ness!

Serving Size: Makes one muffin!
